Returns - Parts

Due to parts found on ANDERZEN being majority aftermarket parts for modification, all sales are final and we can not accept returns.  Please be sure you know what you are buying prior to purchasing it.  In some cases, arrangements may be made in advance of checkout between ANDERZEN and the customer allowing a return in the event the part does not meet expectations but these are rare instances that must be documented in the order prior to check out.

Shipping

with ANDERZEN being run primarily by one sole person, please allow 2-3 days for order processing and tracking to be provided. ANDERZEN cannot provide status information on most USPS International orders.  USPS is the United States Postal Service and only operates in the United States of America.  When an item ships, the package is handed off to the foreign postal delivery service and in most cases, tracking updates for packages are not always relayed back to the USPS this is dependent on the country its shipped to.  This shows as the end of tracking on the link sent for the order, usually in Chicago, IL.  Because the package has been handed to a foreign entity, we cannot intervene, get information or additional information.  USPS is the riskiest and lowest option and ANDERZEN is not responsible for lost, missing or delayed packages sent via this method.  We have had packages sent to Australia take over 30 days to deliver.

We have had some luck finding additional tracking information through https://parcelsapp.com/.  Just enter the USPS tracking number.  It is also important to understand that parcels do not travel on weekends or holidays in the USA.

Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees.
